Marketing Background
In November of 2022 I joined the Marketing team of a startup at Berkeley, Duffl. I started as a member of the team, slowly working my way up from Head of Social Media to Head of Marketing. Within these positions, my passion for connecting with audiences through content and creativity flourished. During my time at Duffl Berkeley, I led several marketing initiatives, as well as a team of 7 marketeers, that served to shape my abilities as a leader while also resulting in an increase in revenue of 37k and a profit turn of 10% in under ten months. Sadly, Duffl is no longer a company; however, the lessons I learned regarding marketing, leadership, and collaborative work in relation to contemporary business strategies has proved invaluable as my interest in the sphere grows. Since their closing I have continued to market various clubs I am a part of through strategic campaigns and content, along with managing the social media of an art gallery I interned at in Florence, Italy. Now, as a senior I am Head of Marketing at Edmonds, a Berkeley affiliated coffee shop where I produce content designed to increase brand recognition amongst Berkeley residents.
